Dr. Evan Kessler, DO

Reading other reviews, I'm glad to see it wasn't just me with concerns about this man. I wish I had known that before. As someone else said, he has strange beliefs that shouldn't be pushed on to orients. My last visit, the man that was on the scale before me was a bit heavy. I saw Kessler make a face while he was on a scale. Kessler made eye contact with me. When he walked into the room I was on, the first thing he said was how he thought the fat patient was going to break his scale. Shortly after he proceeded to say how too many people that go in there need psychiatric help and strong medication. This had nothing to do with my appointment. He just talked poorly about other patients to me. Horrible excuse for a doctor.

Awful practitioner. Rude and tries to force medications on you so that he can bill your insurance company. Do not recommend!

Trash talks his other patients. Very rude to my wife and I during our visit. Tried to add and say that I have a medical condition on my medical records for a medication he tried to force me to buy (simple because I refused his strange beliefs on why patients should take it). The American Board of Family Medicine should look into this mans ethics and strange practicing habits.

Dr Kessler has been a good provider each time I’ve seen him. He’s thorough and explains things and allows for questions. I have been able to schedule with him easily as well.

Dr. Kessler has been my physician for over 20 years. My husband and I have gotten nothing but the best care. We have and will continue to recommend him to our friends and family.

Dr Kessler is one of the best doctors I have ever met!! I have seen many doctors and specialists due to all my medical conditions and he by far has been the best! Every visit, he takes the time to talk to me, and he actually listens to my issues and concerns. He is quick to respond when I call him and is always quick and determine to help!

Dr, Kessler spent a lot of time with me but did not do any exam other then specifically related to what I had complained about. However, I was sent report and he wrote he had done a full exam and gave the results as all being fine. Only problem is my medical history proves that at least one thing he said was "normal" was not something I am physically capable.of doing

I went to him for a virus. He was very sarcastic and he thought I was only there to get a note to take time off from work. I told him I didn't want a note and I was not interested in taking time off from work. Don't go to him. There are much better doctors out there.

Dr. Kessler had been my family doctor for many years when I was a child and when he moved to a different practice I tried seeing him again. I went in for a physical and wanted him to check this very embarrassing skin problem that I had he told me TMI (too much information) when I showed him. It was so unprofessional and I never went back to him. I thought that a doctor, who I've seen my whole life, would be someone I could ask about my medical condition but he was not.
