Not a good choice
I did not care for Dr. Lewis. I found him a bit arrogant. He also misdiagnosed one of my problems. He told me I had toenail fungus which I found out later I did not have. Meanwhile, he treated me for the fungus. He also cut out an ingrown toenail by removing approximately two eighths of an inch down the side of the nail which was not necessary. This killed nerves resulting in the nail not being able to fully grow back. Plus there is always a long wait to be seen.

Left after waiting over 1 1/2 hours
I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early with my paperwork complete. 30 minutes after my appointment time, I was shown to a room, and had my vitals taken by a nurse. An hour after being in the room, I heard the doctor enter another room and greet a patient. I had no communication from them, so I put in my things and left. I can not believe how poorly this office is run, leaving a patient waiting in a room for over an hour with no explanation. I wasted almost 2 hours of time for nothing.

Excellent !
Dr. Lewis was so patient with me and listened to my concerns. The staff was excellent and I cant say enough about how kind everyone was today. There was barely any wait time.

Frustrating. Dr Lewis and staff are very attentive but I purchased 2 pair of over the counter orthotics ($100) but still had problems so we decided to try custom orthotics ($250) and gave them a month but heels hurt worse in spots. Went back and they tried padding which I tried for 2 weeks. No help. Asked for a refund on Custom Orthotics since the over the counter ones I purchased from him felt better. Was told they have no refunds. Later received bill for $134.52 for boot that Dr Lewis said was no charge. He even excused himself to check on cost. Dr's and staff were pleasant but I feel I have spent hundreds of dollars for some things that didn't help. Have checked with other places and others have a 45 day refund policy. Been trying to make this work with them but very frustrating.

I was able to get an appt very quickly. Dr. Lewis was really nice. He asked questions and listened to what I had to say. He did not rush and he took the time to explain everything. I felt like he was very upfront and honest. Going back for a follow up in a month, and will definitely return for any future problems. I would absolutely recommend him!

Dr. Lewis's staff was very professional and able to squeeze me in last minute. He really took the time to educate me on my problem unlike other doctors I have seen in the past. I would recommend him highly!
