There was no wait time, and he took his time answering my questions and concerns. He and thoroughly explained my options and what to expect. I am very pleased so far.

Dr. Meeks repaired my shoulder and I highly recommend him. From the initial visit, to the surgery, to post-op, Dr. Meeks takes the time to explain what is happening and walk with you through it. His bed side manner is great, his staff is very helpful, and he is a highly skilled surgeon.

First saw Dr Meeks May 2020. I chose him myself from this website & had confidence in him after the first visit. However, the night before the June follow up the visit was cancelled. All right, that happens. The appt is reset a few weeks later. I get to the office for that appt but Dr Meeks never shows. 45 minutes after the scheduled time, I asked the nurse if he was there & she says he hasn't come in yet. Since this was expected to be a temporary situation, I set another appt. Again, I get called that morning saying he did not have time but would call me. Never got called. Thankfully, my condition appears to be healing on its on time. He might be a fine doctor. I have no idea. But, if he just doesn't show up, what's the point?

He came recommended to me and so I scheduled to see him. I waited over 2 hours for my first visit to see, where he spent less than 10 minutes with me. I followed up to see him and waited over 1 hour to see him and spent less than 5 minutes. He is not thorough with a treatment plan, doesn’t take time to get to know the patient, and is dismissive of your time and health. It truly felt like I was just a number.

Dr. Meeks is the best!! At first I was upset with everyone because of my injury. However Dr. Meeks did not allow my negative attitude play an part in my process. I had a dislocated, broken ankle with torn ligaments. Now 2 months later my scars are bearly visible and I have the confidence to begin walking again. I am so greatful to him and his staff. I highly recommend UT physicians.

Dr. Meeks did my knee surgery and he eased my fears of the extensive surgery I had to have. His bedside manner was awesome. He spent over an hour with me going over what to expect before, during and after my knee surgery. Highly recommend him. I had a great outcome and my life and health we're treated like he was operating on his own family member. There was not one thing that was unexpected during my surgery that he didn't go over. Love his caring, calm nature that kept me calm with no anxiety.

Dr. Meeks is excellent. I have struggled with elbow pain for several years now. He gave me several treatment options and took his time to explain each one to me. For the first time in a very long time, I am pain free.

Dr. Meeks is the best orthopedic specialist you will ever see. He gives each patient plenty of time, his undivided attention and the best medical care available. You cannot do any better!!!

Dr. Meeks has given me the opportunity to make decisions, not push towards most invasive procedures till ready. He never rushes and is very easy to talk to....his staff....AMAZING!

Very arragant and bed-side mannor is horrible. Felt very blown off, and uncaring. Saw Dr Meeks 2 times, and both times were the same. I was very upset and frustrated with constant pain and had to convince him to agree to have another testing done, which proved that there IS a problem. Very rude and sarcastic to my spouse, when asking questions. I left in tears and frustrated. But then again, I am on a worker's comp, so maybe rudeness was to be expected. I will NOT see him again!

Dr. Meeks was AWESOME and I am so very glad we found him. He took the time with us to understand what was going on with the tumor in my femur, answered all of our questions and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable with his game plan. Loved his staff and he is wonderful. I now feel like we have a team effort for the cancer in my leg and I feel 100% confident in Dr. Meeks plan and his ability to care for me.

Excellent doctor with an optimistic yet sympathetic bedside manner. He and his office staff are outstanding and very organized which has helped make my sister's medical situation much easier for her and her husband to deal with. Before visiting his office we had a bad experience with another doctor that only added stress to an awful diagnosis. Dr. Meeks has taken charge of her medical needs and we can focus on getting my sister better. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
