Long awaited rhinoplasty
Dr. Ransom and his whole team are just great. His nurse Patricia goes above and beyond. Everyone really set my mind at ease the days leading up to the surgery. Dr. Ransom is meticulous in his vision and I couldn’t be happier with my new nose!

So happy with the results!
I got rhinoplasty from Dr. Ransom and I am so, so happy with the results! I’m a male and my original nose was curved in a way that made me hate my side profile. My new nose is everything I wanted it to be and even better. Dr. Ransom got rid of the curve and my new nose looks natural — no one can tell I got a nose job unless I tell them (even friends I’ve known my whole life didn’t know I got a nose job until I told them). Dr. Ransom and his staff are great, and I’m so happy I went to his for this procedure!

Superior experience
I had always been tentative about any sort of plastic surgery to improve or refresh my looks, but at 75, I felt it was in my best interest to have a blepharoplasty. Dr. Ransom's approach gave me beautiful eyes, again. More importantly, because of a health issue I have, he did not recommend general anesthesia. The work was done only with a local and it was quite painless. His staff is helpful, caring and gracious, as well.

Modern-day da Vinci!
Dr. Ransom has able to improve my breathing tremendously while improving structural integrity of the nose by repairing a deviated septum. I consider Dr. Ransom to be both an accomplished physician and amazing artist; thank you, Doctor.

Dr Ransom is fantastic. I needed an expert for a mohs surgery reconstruction and I’m so glad I chose him. Being diagnosed with skin cancer was not a pleasant, but in the process I found Dr. Ransom. I’ve been a patient of his for over 2 years now, returned for some additional anti aging treatments *wink wink* I’ve never looked better! His staff is so sweet and helpful, too.

Dr. Ransom was very professional and answered all questions I had regarding laser scar revision, helping relieve my anxiety through the entire process (trust me, there was a lot of anxiety). He would respond to emails within the hour - I highly recommend this doctor. As for the procedure itself, I am happy with the amount of flattening and the visible appearance of my scar. I have one more laser appointment and feel like I am in good hands.

I had a rhinoplasty three weeks ago, and couldn't be happier with my results thus far. Dr. Ransom is truly an artist. I wasn't given a rhinoplasty where the bridge of the nose was whittled down to nothing, but rather, Dr. Ransom built out the tip of my nose with complex cartilage grafts-creating an EXTREMELY NATURAL, more masculine look. The staff is great, the office is spotless and follow-up is taken seriously. FIVE STARS.

It was ok not the best. I had my under eyes filled and after the filler was in he never had me look at it to see if I liked it or not and just directed me to pay at the front, I was over filled and the area that I explained didnt need any filler, was filled hence, I am now over filled, it is ok and for the most part doesnt look bad from most angles so I will leave it but I am a bit disappointed as I had high hopes here and paid top dollar too :(

Dr. Ransom continued to make several jokes and comments about my weight throughout the appointment, which made me feel horrible and self-conscious. When I leaned to hand the nurse the nitrous mask, the Dr. said "Woah! Careful there, big guy. If you fall on that floor, all of us here together would not be able to pick you back up." *laughs w/ nurse* The laser began to burn the skin of my face. It had a very strong smell, similar to burning hair. I said "Wow... That is an intense smell!" to which Dr. Ransom said "Yea! Smells like...DINNER! Eh, Big Guy??" The smirk and attitude Ransom had when he said it, as if I fat and hungry. After the procedure was completed, I was ONLY THEN told that this laser requires 4 more sessions! What?? Why would Dr. Ransom not have told me that BEFORE the appointment? Assumedly because he knew I would NEVER have agreed... It was a scam, from the very beginning. They then told me that, since coming in, the cost had somehow doubled!! Absolute scam.

Dr Ransome does excellent work. He’s a genius slow warmer I think. he does the gel fillers like no ones business....Straight up. Get over yourself and go. I mean he’s just fine, but he’s a little shy, very brainy, very honest and no one will know you’ve been to see him. If you need a lot of hand holding and mucho chat....may not for you. Me....I need a great job, friendly, honest, clean and darn nice. I don’t need a best friend. I have those. He gives you your high cheekbones back. Love the work

Very sad, $1,250 for a 20% chemical peel, which did nothing, most doctor's charge $450 for peels. Dr. Ransom's staff should have let me know at the time the appointment was made, I never thought of inquiring because I know what most doctor's charge. I expressed my dissatisfaction...

Dr. Ransom is the best, I all he had to do was show me before and after pictures of a lip lift and I knew I was in good hands, I thank God I found the best. Dr. Ransom is personable, patient and kind. I'm forever grateful I found my Michelangelo for all my cosmetic needs :D
