I had an open colonectomy due to stage 2 colon cancer. Dr Menese answered every single question so I could understand. He was available to my daughter, also in the medical field, and meticulously explained my illness to her and exactly what the surgery involved. He was always open to questions. He gained my confidence. The surgery went well and I am healing in the way he described. No surprises. Post operative visits were warm, caring and pleasant. I was taken to the exam room almost immediately upon arrival. And again, Dr. Meneses listened to my concerns and addressed every one of them. He ends the visits saying if I needed anything at all to please don't hesitate to call. Dr. Meneses is wonderful skilled surgeon and a wonderful person.

EMERGENCY ISCHEMIA OF THE STOMACH
Dr. Meneses is a very compassionate & friendly individual.Given his professionalism & expertise, he actually takes the time to listen & understand my situation & concerns, & is very thorough throughout my entire ordeal during my stay in the Aventura hospital & my current visits to his office for follow-ups..He showed empathy by taking the time to consult with my family members & explained the details of my diagnosis.I was very blessed to have had him & his team at a time of despair, emergency. I couldn't have chosen, if I had the opportunity to do so, a better surgeon to help save my life.Dr Meneses is a very skilled surgeon. I will RECOMMEND him to EVERYONE for any surgical procedure needed/requrired. YOU ARE IN GREAT HANDS WITH DR.
