I had surgery at Methodist (The Woodlands) and get billing from several doctors I never saw, Evelyn Chua being one of them. Afterwards I got a bill for $13.96 that the insurance wouldn't pay. No online billing or way to pay other than sending a check. No return envelope with the bill. I get that she is trying not to pay the 3% credit card fee so I furnished my own envelope and a 55 cent stamp (that's 4% of a $13.96 bill) and mailed it to her thrifty self.. Today I get another bill for the same amount. Nobody answers the phone. Instead of being in for a total of 8% in postage, two envelopes and two roundtrips to the post office I think I'll let them find the check I originally sent or just turn it over to collections. Honestly can't say if she's a good doctor or not but the way she runs her office I seriously doubt it.
