My elderly Mother, who lives in a small town and is quite a distance from me, was referred to Dr. Simmons from the emergency room for diabetic foot care a week ago. NO ONE has answered the phone and NO ONE has returned my calls. One week later and after leaving two messages, after the ER calling his office and leaving two messages, we still have received no call, no appointment, no information on how to take care of my Mother's wound. This is a sorry excuse of an office.
