Jan 28, 2020 I have been a patient of American Eye Instuite since 1991. I was referred from Good Samaritan when I was very sick. It was Dr. Maguen who helped in stabilizing my conditions....Then I did see Dr. Nesburn many times, Even when I was living out of state for 15 years, AEI has been my EYE clinic and they accommodated me as a guest. Over the years, I did get a chance to see Dr. Maguen's son and Dr. Nesburn’s daughter who are also ophthalmologist. I think I have seen two other doctors over the years and I like the others doctors that who saw me. The entire team, along with supporting staff are excellent, if they do make mistakes, they apologize. That makes them the best, and above all they care. With my condition I call and go a lot there, yes there may be time the office is crowded because some of us have family members that accompany us ...or they just busy because they have other doctors or almost all of us call because we are sick.

I have been Dr. Maguen’s patient for many years. I trusted him and was ok with him until my cataract surgery. He told me to get special lenses which was $2000 more expensive for each eye and I listened to him since I had complet trust on him. After first eye surgery , I didn’t see any changes on my vision and I thought maybe when I do both I would notice.. anyway after second one nothing happened and finally he admitted something is wrong. I need more space to write everything this is very imp
