I have NEVER felt so at ease with a new doctor in my lifetime! Dr. El-B took all the time I needed to explain CT scans, viewing them with me and pointing out problem areas, reviewing my medical files, explaining what steps we will take moving forward and how to make my life and health better.

This doctor is top notch. He was so proactive and listened to concerns, read the test results beforehand and was prepared to discuss treatments and options. He spent quite a bit of time explaining the prognosis so I would understand.

Tells it like it is. Let's fix this problem and this is how we do it. Very polite about it and friendly. I like that straightforward and blunt . It helps to keep on track and prevents misunderstanding .

Subglottal dilation
Dr. El-B is very knowledgeable and easily communicated with the family. I do not understand the negative reviews at all. Quirky, yes. Lacking in skill and knowledge, definitely not. Building trust takes more than a few moments, so I understand how fragile that can be. You can trust Dr. El-B. The only criticism we might have is he may be too direct for some people’s liking. His “informed consent” dialogue is unsettling and tends to over do the warnings of what could go wrong. What you won’t have is too little information. It may seem overwhelming. Better to know, however.
