I have been going to Dr. Franco for many years. His office has seen a lot of staff changes during that time. Dr. Buchannon was a great addition to the office. He really listens and takes his time with you. If you have a problem then ask for Amanda. She really goes above and beyond to help you and get things done. If you are reading this and need a change of doctor then come to Dr. Franco's office.

I have been going to Dr Franco for years. I miss his nurse practitioners. They spent time getting to the root of my problems. Dr Franco is in and out in a couple of minutes. I usually leave his office feeling like I am not heard

Dr. Franco and his staff were very professional and attentive to my Mom's needs. His personal attention to my mom's health was excellent. His practice is the best ever. I would like for him to take care of myself and all of my love ones.

Best doctor ever

Been my mother's PCP over 30yrs. The hostile environment there now by the staff is astonishing. They can't draw blood correctly and tell you her vien blew. I take her to the pavilion and it's 1 stick and done. Then, the double billing. They bill you for service that are paid. I call to let them know, they made me prove it when they are very capable of accessing the account. I know I can access my account for credits. Here's another, Dr. Franco prescribes a new medicine and says the pharmacy will call when it's ready. 1 week later no medicine. I check online no request. I make a request that will require Dr. approval. 3 days later I get Dxxxx on the phone and let her know, she tells me the pharmacy didn't tell the truth. I check online that night and the request I made got approved which let's me know they never requested. If so it will show. This happened twice. The other review sites show a decline in satisfaction as well.

He gets to the root of the issue. He genuinely cares for his patients. He provides feedback and makes you feel important.

Dr. Franco literally saved my elderly mother’s life. We liked him so much my husband and I left our practitioner to go to him. Office staff is great too.

I have been coming here since 2010. I have never felt rushed or that I left without having a chance to discuss something with Dr. Franco. He treats my husband and treated my day before he passed away a few years ago. All of use agree that Dr. Franco in one-of-a-kind and we'll be in trouble when he decides to retire!

This doctor has always been excellent and very thorough we were patients 2017-2020. Follows up even after hours, he is truly concerned and not just "milking" the insurance companies. He explains your lab results thoroughly and calibrates with other doctors well. I would highly recommend Dr. Franco.

He always goes the extra mile in caring for both of us. Dr. Franco has cared for us through the minor and the very major medical problems that we have encountered. He always makes time to explain everything. If he doesn’t know the answer to your problem, he is more than willing to refer you to a specialist. His office staff is friendly & will do their best to accommodate you. I would highly recommend Dr Franco. My husband & I have been going to him for several years.

Dr. Franco has been my and my wife's doctor for many years and we have been extremely grateful for his care. When you leave his office you leave with a feeling that he has not missed anything or rushed you through the process. I only hope that we can find a Doctor in our new retirement area that we are as happy with as we have been with Dr. Franco.

I have already. Only became a patient a few months ago. Staff is great. Care is thorough. They listen carefully and are prompt in ordering and relating test results. I am very satisfied

Very thorough and no wait time

Not happy with the changes in the office. Looking for MiMi or April and Lisa up front tells me she got fired. I cant believe thwy tell people that an employee has been fired.Its a shame that office gets rid of good ones. Then i hear Lisa talking about me through window. Nasty young lady she laughs real loud who wants to hear that in a doctors office.

Franco takes time with patients and family members. He cordially answers questions and wants what is best for the patient.

Longtime patient, good doctor, tracks your history well and is NOT a pill pusher, he tries to get you well and stay well.
