Dr. Sharara is the best Doctor I had in my life. I had a chronical case of endometriosis and pregnancy chances were very, very small and narrow. I had several IVF cycles in other fertility clinics where treatments were depersonalized and attention was mediocre. Then I met Dr. Sharara who from the very first appointment was a world away from previous experiences. His approach is holistically, building an individualized diagnosis, exploring causes and providing right and customized treatment options for you after thoroughly discuss it with you. He was able to uncover details about my condition that other doctors had missed. He basically changed my life!!! My first transfer was successful and my daughter is a 2 years old miracle of life. Then I decided for a second transfer of one of the frozen embryos and my second transfer was also a success, I am 37 week pregnant of a boy! . Dr. Sharara made the such an impact in my life… always realistic but showing us to keep faith and hope that the

Dr. Fady Sharara is wonderful and I highly recommend him! I had a great experience with him. I can personally attest to his expertise and to his compassionate and sensitive care. Dr. Sharara treated my PCOS, which was causing my long irregular periods, successfully and control it with Metformin and Cabergoline. After taking strict instructions on diet for 1 month, I got pregnant naturally. He is proactive, thorough, and genuinely cares. After I got pregnant, he sent a letter to my OBGYN updating him about my pregnancy status, about the medications I was taking, and he asked him to take good care of me. His staff is very kind and friendly. They treated us like family. Mary, Trisha, Jo, and all other staff members are all amazing. They helped me with everything from scheduling, billing, and medical questions or concerns that I had. Thank you Dr. Fady Sharara and staff for everything and God Bless You!

Love this clinic and I owe them everything! I used their amazing donor embryo program and in about 2 months I went from my first appointment to positive pregnancy test! Very helpful & sweet staff! Easy to get ahold of the nurses and if they can't pick up right away they'll call back super quick. Being released to my OB and I'll surely miss VCRM!

Dr. Sharara provided comprehensive answers with respect to the causes of our infertility, in a no-nonsense and straightforward manner. He didn’t promise us miracles, but he did promise us a clear path forward, and alternative paths if need be. Dr. Sharara and his team truly went above and beyond for us, and at 30 weeks pregnant with twins, we would recommend Dr. Sharara and the team at VCRM to anyone seeking answers to their infertility questions.

I've had two successful births with Dr. Sharara. Dr. Sharara and his supportive staff are there for you every step of the way through the fertility journey, to answer every little question and make you feel comfortable and well looked after. The personal attention they deliver is much appreciated in what can be a very emotional time.

Through Dr. Sharara's personal approach, which includes a holistic look at the patient from diet and supplements to fertility test results, he created an individualized plan for me and my husband to optimize the success of getting pregnant the first time through IVF--and we did! We love the staff at VCRM and really liked the small practice that felt more like visiting your family than your doctor. Dr. Sharara really cares about helping his patients achieve their dream of being parents.

We did some research before deciding which fertility clinic we should work with and after looking at Dr. Sharara's good reviews, we decided to go to his clinic. We went through 3 cycles/3 transfers with no luck. We went to Shady Grove Fertility Center and got pregnant the first cycle/transfer. Dr. Sharara is one man show and lacks organization. Even after the first failed cycle, he used the same protocols the second and the third cycle. Some of his staff are not friendly. Glad we went with SG!!

My husband and I turned to Dr. Sharara and the Virginia Center for Reproductive Medicine after struggling for over 8 years to conceive, including two failed IUI attempts with a different fertility clinic. What brought us to Dr. Sharara’s office was the personalized level of attention we received as patients, and the detailed level of scientific care put into our treatment plan. Dr. Sharara and his team are dedicated to using the latest scientific techniques to help couples overcome infertility.

My wife and I had struggled with infertility for 3 years. As an older male, time for us was of the essence. After months of stress and disappointment, we met Dr. Sharara. His approach was direct, highly technical, clear and organized. He was the first to give us a progressive, step-by-step plan that focused on determining factors affecting fertility and mitigating those naturally, before proceeding with other procedures like IUI. With his help and guidance, we now have a healthy little boy!

I'm writing this as an egg donor who has been through several donation cycles with VCRM. I didn't know exactly how horrible the environment was until I went elsewhere. In comparison, Sharara is not only condescending and somewhat misogynistic, but outright rude--both to his staff and clients. He has yelled at me to the point it brought me to tears, he is dismissive and calloused, and verbally abuses his staff. He even refused to pay me after a donation cycle, despite a legal agreement.

We absolutely recommend Dr. Sharara and VCRM to other couples dealing with infertility and considering IVF. Dr. Sharara is smart, direct, and up to speed on the latest, cutting edge research. This is a practice that works with and succeeds with hard cases --people who have failed at other clinics. My issues were advanced age, diminished ovarian reserve and a thin lining. Despite this we are pregnant and are having a healthy pregnancy thanks to Dr. Sharara and his wonderful staff.
