Inattentive and life threatening
My mom suffered a heart attack 4 months ago and was brought under Falouji's care. This awful doctor ignored her, complained often when we asked for basic services like having her Physical Therapy conducted on schedule, making sure her teeth were brushed, making sure nurses washed her, and ensuring her medical needs were attended. Falouji showed no human compassion, no accountability, and no concern for my mother - her patient. I cannot express enough that this woman should be fired and never allowed to practice anywhere. We transfered my mom to another facility and after 2 days her spirits are up, she is brighter and is recovering from Falouji's awful treatment and neglect.

Wonderful
My experience with Dr. Falouji’s care for my mother was nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Falouji’s approach was thorough and comforting; she took the time to listen deeply to my mother’s needs and went above and beyond to make sure she felt safe and well cared for. Her ability to explain complex health issues in a way we could easily understand made a huge difference, putting both of us at ease.

My brother in law has been at Holy Family since September, he had a massive stroke in August at less than 60 years old. He has no wife or children. My husband was appointed his guardian by the State. Dr Falouji is his doctor or so we’re told. After countless requests for her to call us or set a meeting with her....nothing. He’s being moved today to a nursing home closer to us. Thankfully! But no thanks to this awful careless doctor, we have so many in answered questions.
