Negligent
Dr. Alam was nothing short of negligent when it came to the care of my ex-husband. How he is entrusted with the care of critically ill patients baffles me. To consider a healthy young man of 40, with the sudden loss of ability to walk, talk, or perform any basic function “not critical” is negligent. There was absolutely no pressure to make sure he received the care he needed. After having multiple strokes, a mass on the brain, convulsions for hours on end… to still being labeled as “stable”??If it wasn’t for the pressure from family, this man would surely be dead. It’s still not clear what the consequences of his negligence hold, but for anyone that encounters him, run!!
