So far so good. Dr. Sheikh in essence has saved my sister's life with one visit. My sister was diagnosed with chf, and an ejection fraction of 15% and sent home from sunrise hospital in grave condition. The hospital told her that there was nothing else they could do and cut her loose. The hospital basically told her to go home and die. As a former RN and A Sister, I wasn't going down without a fight. I did some research and located information about an implantable device called a Barostim. It is like a pacemaker, but it treats heart failure with extremely low ejection fraction. Here I was watching my sister dying right before my eyes. She was a shell of the woman I know. She could not walk down our hallway without being winded. She could not sleep because she could not breath. What I did? I filled out an online inquiry about Barostim and I received a call the next morning from a Barostim representative, who immediately emailed me a list of qualified doctors in my area. Dr. Sheikh was first on the list and my sister's insurance was accepted. I was able to get her an appointment 2 days later. When we walked in I was hopeful but weary, when we left, my sister and I were smiling and very hopeful. Dr. Sheikh said "you are going to be alright" he also prescribed a medication that was a game changer. After 2 days of the medication, my sister was up, active, and painting our hallway. This medication is a bandaid while we move toward the implantable device. Long term treatment with the medication is not really an option as the dose needs to be increased every 2 weeks for it to continue to work, but for now my sister is doing well. Thank You Dr. Sheikh.

Horrible. Would not recommend anybody to use this office. The most unprofessional office staff I have ever encountered. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Tried speaking to the ”office manager” she was just as bad as the front staff and hung up on me. Go to any other doctor but him. How they treat their patients is horrible.

Dr. Sheikh is truly an amazing doctor. He has been my cardiologist for four years. When I first saw him it was because my last doctor had tried to control my blood pressure with a myriad of pills. Dr. Sheikh saw what I was taking and adjusted my prescriptions to just two pills and for four years now my blood pressure has been steady and in line. He manages my cholesterol as well. He takes the time to listen, you leave knowI got he cares about your well being. He is well respected by his peers.

My mother went into the hospital with shortness of breath. Dr. Sheikh was kind, compassionate and took the time to speak with us. He explained in clear English what was happening and what needed to happen. Dr. Sheikh connected us with the correct specialist and made sure we knew the steps needed for her to get better. Thanks, Dr. Sheikh!
