I have had type 2 diabetes for almost 10 years. I waited months for my first and last appt with her. Her first advice was to double my insulin immediately to over 100 units. Refused to answer questions or come up with a care pla. I told my regular doc I would not be going back. I was contacted by another provider who got me in right away and now my sugars are under great control and I am at pre diabetic levels. I filed a formal complaint against this doctor. Who has since been removed from practice at the offices I use.

I had to pull responses from the provider. She spent significantly more time looking at the screen than interacting with me. I was very disappointed. This needs to be resolved. It's not my experience with my pediatrician or gynecologist.

I had been seeing her for couple of years for thyroid related problems. I gained lots of weight on the medications for thyroid and felt extremely hungry all the time. After taking treating for few year I almost came on verge of becoming pre-diabetic and chest pains. So I asked to stop it. The doctors nurse did not mention that I cannot completely stop it which will eventually lead to low immunity diseases. I fell sick and caught other diseases. Although I understand that doctors cannot force patients to take medicine but I was not made aware that it could lead to other diseases like severe clod and flu. I am glad I changed the doc.

Not fond of her at all! She is terrible at communicating and you must ask questions to get your answer. For example – on my lab results she just told me they are elevated, and it points to Hashimoto disease. Nothing else was said! I had to ask her what is that? What caused for my antibodies to overreact? What can I do to improve? All this was back and forth over online portal messaging. To my question what I can do to improve….her answer was short “ nothing you can do to improve it”. I will never see her again and plus her not so tidy physical appearance was a huge no, no to me. Never again!

I saw her at evergreen hospital in Kirkland. I was referred to her when i asked for an endocrinologist. Sadly, it was such a terrible experience. She told me that my problem was not so bad, compared to the “three hundred pounder who was sitting on that chair 5 min ago”. I was appalled. Felt horrible for me and the prior client. Terrible bed side manner. Told me that the solution to lose weight was to switch to soy milk from Costco, when soy is a thyroid disruptor. Treated me like an idiot and a complainer. It was not helpful at all for my health or my understanding of it. Will never go back. Another red flag is that she was a one person show, no assistant to open the door, check you in or take your blood pressure. She kept referring to “us” like middle age women, with a few pounds. She did not bother in listen to what i had to say, she was too busy dismissing anything i said. Terrible medical and personal experience.

Dr. Eskandari was very helpful with my thyroid condition. Following her treatment, my overall health improved. I would recommend her as a very knowledgeable and supportive medical provider. The front desk is very efficient and always helpful with my tests scheduling.

I felt she was interested in my social situation more than my health. She tried explaining stuff to me, but it was very highly technical, such that only a doctor would understand it. She laughed at my test results explaining that they were so 'crazy', but didn't explain why they were crazy, or what I need to do about it. She spent more time asking me and talking about non-medcial things that she did about my health. I left the office with more questions.

Would not recommend her to anyone. I had some concerns about symptoms I was having after being hospitalized for complacations with my thyroid medication. Before I could even explain what was going on she told me, I have explained things the best I can. I am busy and I have other patients. Go back to your old doctor if you want. This was my first and last appointment with her. Terrible bedside manner and doesn't listen. Worst endicronologist I've ever met.
