The dentist is very nice. Everyone from the front desk to the back office staff has been great. The office manager ( billing / insurance person) could use lessons or more training on how to speak with patients. If I move my family from the practice it will be for this reason. There are too many practices with great customer service to be stuck with this type of behavior.
