Horrible communication skiils
I do not recommend this doctor. He is rude and disrespectful. He does not ask any question about your condition, walks in the room tells you what “ he know”” is your problem and then walks out. He is more rude to females than males.

Very disappointing, I’m suffering and they’re not sending my orders to the infusion center. Almost 10 days and yes, I’m paying cash so there’s no insurance involved

Visited him twice, my husband was the patient. He was very helpful and thorough, listening and ordering tests to confirm a diagnosis. He explained the outcome very simply. He made himself available by inviting us to phone back for any question or need for medication.

Dr. Faiz treated me after I was admitted to the Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center. He saw me both days I was there. He explained my diagnosis and treatment plan very well. He was very kind and answered all my questions.

When I suffered a seizure and was admitted after arriving by ambulance, on one of the last days at N W Medial Center, he came into my room and gave me "his" diagnosis. There were no discussions to either myself or my husband. I was still medicated and not given the opportunity to discuss his findings after accumulating more than 60k in medical bills that my insurance company denied. I would not send my worst enemy to this "Physician"

When you walk into the office there are nine seats, all were taken . There are numerous notices posted, how payments are due, doors are kept locked, and TWO telling you not to knock on the window. So I signed in and 25 minutes later that window never open, I asked those waiting when their appointments were? They stated 3:00,3:15,3:30,it was 4:30!! I had to call the office from the waiting room to cancel my appointment! What about customer service? It is wrong to treat patients this way
