I had my left hip replacement by Dr Kahn Feb. 2017. I had bone on bone and severe arthritis. Dr. Kahn knew I would need my right hip replaced eventually as well. I returned to have my right hip replaced Mar. 2023. Both surgeries were very successful !! I highly recommend Dr. Kahn, his PA Haley and his team!! God Bless you all. I am now pain free thanks to Dr. Kahn’s expertise!

I found Dr Khan to be extremally compassionate and knowledgeable on matters related to my hip. He shared my condition with me in laymen terms. My hip was bone on bone for quite some time. He preformed a total right hip replacement and with the follow up visits I feel like a new person. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking compassionate knowledgeable care.

Dr Khan fit me in his very busy day to examine me. My surgery was done in Memphis when I fell on a bad sidewalk. He explained everything, the good and bad outcomes & told me to use me to use my walker & wheelchair. Another Stonybrook orthopedic surgeon in that office blew me off last week. Yes I absolutely would recommend him.

Attentive, receptive, patient and polite. If I remained in-network I would continue to see him without question. I appreciate the time and attention he gave to me and my issue at hand.

Dr. Khan has treated my arthritic joints since 2011. He showed and explained all x-rays (done in office) and never moved until all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I needed both hips and a knee replaced and he did those surgeries, without pressure - said "when you're ready." I've never trusted a physician more! I had a total right knee replacement on 6/3/2020. It could not have gone better! Dr. Khan and his staff (?? Haley) were extremely kind and caring, answering all my questions and concerns. The surgery went off beautifully, my pain was well managed and here I am, less than 3 weeks after surgery and I am walking without walker or cane relatively pain free. My husband had the same surgery on Mar 11 and his experience was the same.

Dr. Kahn did my knee replacement which included a little reconstruction 1/22/20. This followed a femur fracture right above the knee 2/2019. The surgery was certainly challenging but here I am 2 1/2 wks later walking with a walker ready to start PT. Besides having a good reputation he has a great bedside manner & LISTENS to what you are saying. I had complete confidence in him & am very pleased I will be able to walk normally again soon!

6/2/19 On 5/22/19 I went into Stonybrook Hospital for knee replacement surgery. I need to start by stating I was seen by Dr. Khan and his PA Kaley, pre surgically, who were nothing short of outstanding. Kaley gave me an injection during a conversation about getting the shot. As I expressed my fear, I learned the procedure was already completed. Susan the administrative assistant was on top of everything, ensuring all of the paperwork was processed to disability insurance, in a timely fashion. My stay at Stonybrook Hospital, on the ninth floor was amazing The cohesiveness and kindness of this team was wonderful. Dr Khan, surgeon, was in my room to report on the operation, seemingly, as soon as I was conscious. He told me how successful it was....yet it felt like a log The rose delivered by the clerk that he sends to ALL patients is so sweet. Now after 10 days in Rehab I am seeing how successful this surgeons work is..The total team work is awesome, keenly led by Dr Khan.

Dr Khan is highly skilled in both orthopedics and oncology. He handled my total hip replacement perfectly and has been compassionate and understanding about some other issues. His staff is equally kind and efficient

I Love Dr. Khan. He revised my left hip replacement and he was wonderful. His manner is like family and he is extremely caring and professional. I am confident in him as he is confident in his own skills. I knew instantly I was in good hands. I have referred a few friends to him who were in need of joint replacements. Dr. Khan made the whole experience of having my right hip replaced truly a pleasure from start to finish. I am so happy I went to him after a friend had recommended him to me. I would not go anywhere else if I ever needed my other hip done. 10 stars!

My right knee was very painful as a result of arthritis and working with Dr. Khan went so smoothly... He was warm, empathetic, patient. He explained everything going on and what was needed to be done. This was all just four years ago and yet he is remembered well. I am giving his name to a colleague who needs attention.
