HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING
I work with the healthcare system that pages him for other providers. Dr. Zahurullah frequently uses language that is extremely unnecessary and disrespectful to staff and others. We literally include in our training what to do if he calls and asks for you because he has left many of our staff in tears. Sometimes people make mistakes, and he rightly calls them out for it. I have personally dealt with him accusing me of making a mistake, which I was able to prove was not my mistake but his; he would not acknowledge his own mistake. He is the only one of the hundreds of doctors with whom we interact who has this type of reputation and treats staff this way. I would never go to him as a physician nor recommend him to anyone.

I was really let down
Impatient, did not take history, did not listen, seemed to have made up his mind about my diagnosis, repeatedly said my dr and pa are misdiagnosing my ear infections. I found him to be condescending and rude. He was dismissive of my chronic problem.

I saw Dr. Zahurullah greet the patient before me with a smile and handshake. When he got me, no smile, no handshake. He was terse, interrupted me, and I felt rushed. It was not a warm or caring interaction.

Didn't seem very knowledgeable about his job. Or interested in me as a patient. Definitely would not recommend for anyone seeking competent ENT care.

His nurse lied to me by telling me the test results hadn't come back yet after 2 weeks!! I called The Center for Sight & Hearing and they told me they have sent the results 3 different times!! I don't know why but for some reason they did NOT want to treat my painful ear. Now a month later I'm still in pain.

This Dr is awesome! He was great with my elderly Mom, and found a polyp that was causing her chronic nosebleeds. He even had me look through the scope to see it. A different EMT had previously said she didn't have any polyp! He listened to our concerns about her bleeding disorder, and removed the polyp chemically instead of surgically. No more nosebleeds! I highly recommend Dr Z!

He seems to enjoy doing unnecessary procedures on patients, especially on children. He also rushes through the procedures to the point of continuous bleeding after the procedure & the patient has to be put under a second time to have the surgical area recauterized.

Dr Zahurullah took my son's tonsils and adenoids out 9 years ago and just did my daughter's 3 days ago. He knows what he's doing, he describes everything he will do in great detail and you can trust him to get the job done right.

This doctor was rude, condescending, and very unhelpful. I believe my 2-year old received such poor care that I will have to make an appointment with another specialist for the same condition.
