Our visit with Dr. Zheng was an amazing experience. She was very attentive, she listened, she did not rush through the visit, she answered all of our questions, she was knowledgeable regarding my husbands adrenal issue. She makes you feel safe. Her staff were just as amazing and welcoming.

Dr. Zheng and her staff were outstanding for my parathyroid surgery. She used my medical records as well as other tests to fully determine my parathyroid issue, and then offered a detailed explanation of the surgery she would recommend, along with a written list of advantages and potential risks. My surgery and recovery occurred without any complications for me. One particular feature of her performance was the unusually easy ability to communicate with her staff, particularly Saprina Campbell, about any questions and scheduling. It was always easy to make contact and get immediate feedback to questions. I found Dr. Zheng and her entire team to be truly exceptional in their medical expertise and patient interface!

Dr Zheng was amazing. She listened and really explained everything so well. My recovery and scar from my Parathyroid surgery was better than expected. Love love her!!!

Has the best bedside manner. She makes your visit feel personal, she is warm and very knowledgeable. Had to have surgery, which is always a tad bit scary, but Dr. Zhang and her staff made me feel very comfortable on the day and even after the surgery. With her you are in great and capable hands.

Dr. Zheng is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Zheng’s office was extremely accommodating getting me scheduled in for appointment & the surgery. I liked that she wrote down the risks so that I could go over it later. I loved that she was not like many doctors that they enter the room & spend 5 minutes or less with you. Dr. Zheng & Saprina truly care about their patients. I was completely nervous about my surgery but Saprina is great & reassured me all would be well. She calmed before & even after my surgery when I had questions. I thank God for giving me such a great surgeon & a great assistant. I was truly blessed. I highly recommend tag team duo.

It was fabulous, Her nurse Ms. Seprina was knowledgeable. Helped me through the process of my appointment with my surgery, Dr. Zheng was very thorough in explaining to me my upcoming surgery. Very well explained. I am a satisfied patient. My surgery went well without any complications. Kudos to to both of you ladies.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my visit with Dr. Zheng and her office staff at Methodist. She had taken time with me without rushing and explained things well that I could understand. She is very knowledgable and I trust her with my health care needs. I highly recommend!!!
