Dr. Felicia Jacob, MD

My doctor died of COVID and my insurance offered several new doctors. I chose Dr Jacobs. She was blessing. She listened and helped me readjust my meds. Her suggestions were spot on. I don’t understand any of the negative reviews, this was not what I experienced at all! Looking forward to seeing her again as she has changed practices, rightfully so .

Went for initial apt, she spent all of 8 mins with me.She said she wanted bloodwork, no Rx ever recieved.I told her I had back, hip etc issues. She wrote a paper Rx which I accidentally misplaced. I called for a copy & was given a different practice. When I called to make the apt it was a Pediatric. Needing ultrasound for 2 areas, I called & was told to make apt. Teledoc apt came & went, no link to the apt. 2nd apt, again no link sent, another missed apt.Apt#3 made, I scheduled a quick meeting right before. Drs staff called to check in 20 mins prior. I told them I was in a meeting. After the call, I checked for link and nothing. I called in & finally got it. I got into the room, waited almost 15 mins. When she came in, she was so rude and combative. She reprimanded me as I was a 2 yr old. I was shocked. I was then told to find another Dr. Rx’s never sent.Dr Jacob is rude, combative and a terrible listener, she speaks over you. I do not recommend her.

I am so happy to have found Dr. Jacobs. She really treats me with concern for my entire well being and is very thorough. I have suffered a long time with several issues and she addressed all my ailments. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a physician who will take great care of you. As somebody who has endured cancer and seen several dozens of doctors, she is as good as they get.

Dr Jacob is caring and very knowledgeable in the medical field. She makes you feel very comfortable.

I am Nancy Puglia, sister of John Puglia who passed away May 1st. 1st off She misdiagnised he had cancer, after chemo John went various times with breathing problems. She only gave him nebulizer, antibotics no tests. Said respiratory or allergies and since he had lung cancer settled in his lungs. March 31st took John to office. as he had trouble breathing, same treatment no tests. April 3 couldn't breathe call 911, had 2.5 liters of fluid drained from lungs. Cancer back. He died May 1.

I went to Dr Jacob for about 10 years but only 1-2 times per year. However when I called last year to schedule an appointment imagine my surprise when they informed me they no longer took my insurance and will unwilling to advise me. I understand the issues with insurance but CANNOT accept the total neglect for a long term patient because I had NEVER received any notification whatsoever of this discontinuance. I had to walk into an urgent care center because the office staff never follow thru
