I wish I had a good experience with her. Every time I go into her office to see her, I am always combative and come out feeling exhausted. 3/3 I always have to fight for what I want because she did not listen, tried to minimize my pain and experience, and argued with me about my previous experiences (borderline gaslight). Each time, she made me feel like I shouldn't be coming in to see her because what I was feeling was "just normal". I had to fight her and argue with her to ask for the treatment and medication that I wanted.

Very rude and unprofessional office staff, perhaps incompetent. I selected Dr. Tran as my PCP and gave the front desk all of my insurance information over the phone before my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, filled out all the paper work & questions I was told that Dr. Tran does not accept my insurance plan. I called member services and verified that she is still contracted with my insurance. Yet the office assistant stated otherwise. Therefore, I was not seen by Dr. Tran and am not interested in ever going back there again and would never recommend this place to anyone.
