Dr Cubas is far the best caring resourceful doctor I have ever met! He has been able to diagnose several times , what other doctors have missed. Him being an ER doctor for decades also adds to his medical skills. He has probably seen almost everything! I travel over one hour to see him. The cherry on top is that if you are truly sick , hospitalized, etc , Dr Cubas will actually stay on top of your improvement and medical needs.

Dr Cubas is the most caring doctor I’ve ever had. When I was diagnosed with dysautonomia he went so far above and beyond to help me so I wouldn’t faint every time I stood up. He even checked on me after hours for the first few weeks to make sure my new meds were working. He ACTUALLY CARES about my symptoms, my input, my struggles and helping me have a better quality of life. He’s smart and not afraid to think outside the box, and is willing to research new treatments after hours to help his patients. You don’t find doctors that care and work hard like him very easily. He’s so sweet and I’m lucky he’s on my team!

Have never met a more empathetic and professional physician who truly cares about their patients. He goes above and beyond in assessing symptoms, conditions or issues to get to the root cause of the problem. I would highly recommend him as a Primary Physician but does so much more than just primary things. Additionally, he has a great network of personal and professional contacts he can recommend should they be needed.

I met Dr. Cubas when randomly going to a walk in doctor. He figured out what my medical issue was after asking me questions and examining me. I speak broken Spanish from 45 years ago in High School so I answered some questions in Spanish. He solved a lot of medical issues and explained things in a balanced way of both medical/technical words. When I didn't understand the science part he explained it in terms that I could understand. He invited me to his practice a few years ago. I look forward to visiting. I had a few questions during the pandemic so he scheduled a televisit. The only down side is that the office is sometimes backed up on their schedule so I know to bring a book or I can catch up on my gmail on my cell phone or bring a tablet. If I'm not in a rush, I really would rather wait to know that when it is my turn Dr. Cubas will take the time to make sure I'm in good shape before leaving the office.

Consistently Dr. Cubas runs 60-90+ minutes late for his appointments. Yes, this was even at 9:00 AM. Fortunately the 2 patients before me walked out in a huff, which only made my Wait Time 75 minutes late. Had they remained I could have been sitting in the waiting room for 2+ hours. Once you get into the Exam Room, you wait another 30 minutes. FINALLY Dr. Cubas arrives and he is charming, apologizes for the tardiness and begins a thorough exam. As wonderful as he is, I have to consider whether I can wait 1-2 hours each time. It is not a rare occurrence, it happens 100% of the time, regardless of what time your appointment is. I had hoped being early in the day he wouldn't run so late; but alas, I was very wrong. The funny part is while sitting in the Waiting Room a poster on the wall urges patients to rate the office with 5 stars on Social Media. The sign reads, anything less than 5 stars is a failure. Given your own criteria, I guess you fail.

Dr. Cubas is the BEST doctor i've ever had! Such a sweet, straightforward, easy, and experienced man who actually knows how to help you and knows what he's talking about. He tackles all issues head on and doesn't send you on any wild goose chase. Once you go you'll get better very quickly, I know from personal and family experience. I love him!

Second time and last time coming to this place. Wait time average 2-3 hours. my blood test was incorrectly submitted, I was only told the issue, when I came to pick up the exam results. First time my husband had multiple issues with billing (they charged him and the Insurance company) for the same service. Unfortunately, sub-par service all around. The whole place just seems to be mismanaged, disorganized, and with poor training. Same issue when they were located previously in Dykes/Sheridan

If I could give this place zero stars I would do so in a heartbeat! I was diagnosed on the first day with something horrible and came for all requested follow ups. I was assured and even given in writing that my follow-ups would be done with zero co-pay required. However each time I was given a different story and required to pay. I actually heard the doctor tell the front desk lad

After being misdiagnosed with a blocked LAD artery in my heart while admitted to Memorial hospital, I was released and told I was fine, even though my family has a long history of heart issues. Dr. Cubas detected the problem immediately and had me immediately transported for a catherization that showed the completely blocked artery. He had me transported to another hospital that did an immediate Cat. and put in two stents. I eventually had open heart surgery. He saved my life!

I went into the Urgent Care Facility on Sheridan and Dykes in Southwest Ranches, FL. I was seen by the doctor, provided treatment and medications and was requested by the DOCTOR to come in for a follow up. When I returned, the office staff attempted to charge me again, although by confirmation from my ins. the follow up is free. Also, the Dr. needed to look over my prescription as the pharmacy required more info, he refused as he stated that I would need to pay again to see him. HORRIBLE!!!!!
