Disappointing!! another doctor who is kind and the staff that isn't rude. The doctor and (especially) the staff were extremely extremely rude. I wasn't comfortable seeing a gynecologist alone, so my husband accompanied me. I CHECKED WITH FRONT DESK THAT HE WOULD BE ALLOWED during the check up AND THEY SAID YES. Due to Covid restrictions, he patiently waited outside the office until my turn came (for more than an hour). When my turn came and I checked with the nurse taking my vitals and settling me in, she said he could come in the room now. But the front staff and the Doctor started shouting at him. he tried explaining that we checked but Doctor and staff just don't know how to talk. No way to talk to a patient or family like that. YOU CANNOT. If you cannot speak to your patients and family properly, what's the point?! How can a patient trust you, open up. discuss, let alone rely on you. Have a conversation like educated professionals but they prefered to gang up and shout!

Recently I had a procedure performed by Dr. Cohen. It went pretty well. The problem has been successfully resolved. It is important to mention that he is very professional, knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner - always encouraged me to ask questions and share my concerns. I have seen him a few times and always felt I was in good hands. Would certainly recommend him to others.

I was told to take a biopsy of my uterus because I had spotting. He made the decision to do it in his office without anesthesia without asking me. It was so painful I screamed. My daughter was with me and witnessed the procedure. I was in tears. I’m 65 and this has upset me like no other procedure. The doctor said he elected to do it without anesthesia due to my diastolic dysfunction. I have had a colonoscopy and two cataract surgeries with anesthesia. All I needed was a clearance from my cardiologist which I’m sure he would have given. I am now debating going back to him for a checkup. Until he hurt me I liked him, now not so much.

I have been to Dr. Cohen multiple times and have always felt like he listened, explained all procedures and options thoroughly, and was very professional. Any questions I had he provided thoughtful answers to and helped me to make the best decisions for myself. I will continue to see Dr. Cohen!

I would never recommend this docter to anybody. He is so unprofessional. He did not listen or cared about making me as a patient feel comfortable or satisfy with any of my concerns. Instead he choose to continue to talk about my health insurance and kept implying I was angry. I have a reputation of having a lot patience, this is the first review I have ever written and I hope this will be my last bad review about any docter. This is not how any docter should act.
