No hurry, total concern for me as his patient

The rudest staff I have ever seen in an office. Extremely disorganized. A reflection of the doctor. They insist and address you in Spanish. Disrespectful.

My visit was a life saver. I was experiencing what I thought was a cold, but Dr. Guzman knew from the symptoms I was describing that it was much serious than I could possibly imagine. He immediately sent me to Baptist Hospital and told me to do it and not to hesitate. I was admitted with Pulmonary Embolism and Atrial Fibrillation. The blood clots in both lungs were slowly killing me. His concern and that of his staff was genuine, they followed my progress throughout my stay in the hospital and made room for me to follow up without waiting once I was released from the hospital. Dr. Guzman truly cares for his patients; I have been his patient for over ten years and not once did I ever feel uncomfortable with his care and that of his staff.

Appointments are always on time. The expertise on conditions, patient care and time dedicated to patients is excellent. All questions are answered with knowledge and care, Love this Md office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Guzman for a long time, the care is very good, I had health problems that needed his immediate attention and I was received with love and understanding. The attention in the office is very good too.

My name is Consuelo Puig I am 84 years old, and I have been a patient of Dr. Guzman for twenty years. I recently had heart surgery to be repair two leaking heart valves on June 21st and was released on June 25th. The surgeon after my follow-up asked to visit my current cardiologist and my Primary Physician which is Dr. Guzman. I have been feeling sluggish and weak and on Monday, July 19th I visited Dr. Guzman who right away spoke to me checked, my vital signs, did lab work, looked over my medicines, reviewed with me my surgery, taking the time to give me back confidence on what I needed to know, what I could do, as well as what I could eat. In essence not only is he a great professional, but also a caring and concern doctor who takes the time to provide his patience the confidence and stability that they need. I left his office this past Monday, and I have been reenergized by him. I thank you Dr. Guzman and strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a doctor who is not onl

The reception area is very clean. The receptionist and clerical personnel are pleasant and helpful. The Doctor and the rest of his staff are thoughtful and patient with the patients. My mother, son and I all are patients of this office, for years, and always have a positive experience at the doctor's visit.

Guzman couldn’t diagnose his way out of a paper bag. The most unethical Dr. ever. Don’t expect him to listen about your symptoms without making inappropriate commentary he won’t take time to listen to your concerns. He’s an arrogant little man with a Napoleon complex. Should be striped of his license.

This office is an absolute mess! Doctor Guzman shows very little attention to patients. The front office is rude, and too busy to be relied on.

I was extremely impressed with their Professionalism, Knowledge, Courtesy, Respect and most importantly their Compassion and Caring. I left my first visit with 2 referral appointments for Specialist that I desperately needed. Dr. Felix Guzman, Jean, Mari and the rest of the staff demonstrated a Sincere and Genuine desire to help a patient, nothing less than an answered prayer! I Highly Recommend Them!
