Dr. Ferdy Santiago, MD

We had an appointment with Dr Santiago at the Florida Cancer today. When we arrived, we were placed in a room to be seen by the doctor, instead we met with Ms. Joy Millett, Nurse Practitioner. At that moment, we learned that since two days ago Dr. Santiago is no longer with the FCS. Today was a very important day as there were very important and crucial decisions to be made regarding my husband's cancer. I cannot believe this is happening. We were given an appointment to see another oncologist, Dr. Heldreth, two weeks from today.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Santiago and Alyssa had outstanding demeanors and spent time to explain things during this highly stressful time.

Arrived early for my appointment.Very busy center with Valet only on property with no close by parking - even at main hospital lot across the street. Waited for nearly an hour past my appointed time. Very frustrating not to even get a verbal recognition of the wait. I used ALL of my calm paitient breathing techniques.

My experience with Dr Santiago and staff’s offices was a pleasure ,everyone was very helpful and friendly .

Staff was good. Dr Santiago was great..Made me feel very comfortable and answered all questions..Happy..But there appointment staff is lacking in competance..A day later and no scan appointment...

It is the first time I went here and I felt very satisfied with the services they gave me the staff is very friendly very humanitarian.

I met with Emily. She is by far the most compassionate and thorough medical doctor that I have visited. I just love her. She is excellent. She covered everything. She spends as much time as you need. She answers as many questions as you have and believe me I have a lot of questions. Highly recommend her.

All my visits since I`ve been with the Florida Cancer Specialists have been wonderful. Everybody is delightful, I think they do a wonderful job. It`s been a real blessing watching them take care of other patients in serious need and the care they have given me. I recommend them highly to anyone I know and always do.

My doctor Santiago and nurse Vanessa are both fantastic and I just want to say that they`re the best.

Overall satisfied but parking in the area is a total and complete nightmare.
