Disappointed
This Dr does not listen to your complaints. Apparently if you aren’t obviously disabled by your condition and it has not progressed to show physically enough for him to care, you may as well get out. Apparently your pain is all in your head and has no answers for why any symptoms could be happening. This doctor immediately started the appointment with a condescending tone and asked why I was even there. Did not offer to do any other testing. I’m beyond disappointed as I thought I found someone who would listen. But once again, I was turned away and told it wasn’t his problem. You’re apparently better off being left for dead than this man showing compassion and trying to help with your miserable existence.

Good Doctor
I was new to the area and referred to this practice. Dr Castro was the earliest available. I got lucky - he is very kind and easy to talk to. He did a thorough exam. He looked through my records from previous dr. and kept me on the same treatment plan. By my 4th visit he suggested cutting back on the biological med due to potential side effects (blood clots, etc). I was skeptical but his advice was solid and I did great (saved a lot of money, too)! His nurse, Lisa, is also wonderful. Only drawback is the lab. I recommend going to the hospital lab (on the same campus) for nicer care and faster results (typically posted to pt portal on the same day). Stay within the vast LMC network and all the drs can access your records. They use the “My Chart” pt portal for easy communication, after appt reports, test results, appt scheduling and reminders. I highly recommend!

late appointment
I arrived 16 minutes late due to traffic and doctor would not see me. I don't drive so my husband has to take time off his job to get me to appointments. We got caught in traffic and long lights so we arrived a few minutes late. I did call to let them know we were caught in traffic but were on the way ( noone answered so I left message) I tried so hard to get there only to have appointment rescheduled for 5 months later. I feel like there is no empathy or looking at clients individually.
