-100 star rating I Saw Dr. Navarro for a follow-up from my surgery (Nov 2019) that was done by Dr. James Nottingham (who retired). Dr. Navarro was trying to treat me like a new patient. Kept saying yes you do need this fixed and pushing too hard on the area. He had not read my records beforehand. Didn't know what was going on. He is the worst Doctor I've ever been to. I don't trust him in any way. If you get an appointment with him RUN. It's time for him to retired, fired, and/or retrained.

If I could give no stars I would. Dr. Navarro is not friendly at all and his bedside manner is terrible. I was in so much pain and had suffered with my condition for a long time before he finally scheduled me for surgery after many ER visits and unanswered calls/emails to the office for help. Upon my first visit and many others, I was rushed and he did not explain well or acknowledge my suffering. When we talked it was mostly negative vibes, I dont understood why I was treated poorly by him and his nurse Ms. Jackie. I dont wish my experience with this doctor on my worst enemy and I pray nobody has to endure what I went through as a patient needing care. However because of his crappy care and terrible behavior I was able to get a second opinion from there I was referred to an amazing surgeon who solved my problem and improved my quality of life tremendously. Please work on your people skills and compassion for others for future patients please!! It's not right to treat people poorly!!

Dr Navarro performed laparoscopic hernia surgery on me about 8 months ago. His manner was terrific, as he is friendly and very personable. He answered my questions thoroughly and assured me everything I was seeing, when I expressed some concerns, would be resolved with just a bit of time. He was correct in that and I am back playing tennis and disc golf. I had read that the procedure carried some risk of long term pain, but even the short term pain was very minimal. Very good surgeon to use

After surgery and not getting well and being told the was nothing wrong and this going on for more then 7 months I left and got the help I needed and got healed in 6 weeks after I left.
