I’ve worked in health care throughout my adult life and recognize an excellent provider when I meet one. Multiple early skin cancers identified and treated successfully, and interpersonally a warm and confident clinician.

Treated all my skin care problems, addressed all concerns, and gave advice on skin care products and activities that affect skin care. This was everything I needed with the appointment. Dr Fedeles has a professional, kind, and positive demeanor and I was treated well at all times. She even called to help with follow up questions. Very thankful. Highly recommend.

I wish I could give her 0 star wait 8 months for my an appointment to go there and diagnose me with something that I don't have. My time was so rushed and she didn't even listen to my concern and instead of giving me hope that my skin can get better she was like unfortunately this is untreatable. She was so rude and wouldn't let me speak or tell her anything. Are you kidding me? Do yourself a favor and don’t schedule your appointment with her!

I want to give less than one star! Worse experience at a doctor office I've ever had! 1 1/2 hrs late I was rushed out. Was with me less than 10 min. Won't go into something that made me uncomfortable. But also falsified my appt notes by saying things were explained at length when they weren't even spoken about. Please find someone better.

Went to see her for an acne follow up. Kept saying “yes I see scarring” when in fact they weren’t scare. It was just hyperpigmentation from a couple very recent breakouts. Kept pushing for me to get retinol even though it dries me out too much and makes me flake. Reminded me to wear sunscreen even though I informed her that I wear sunscreen. Also said “you have rosacea” when it was actually just a hot room and I had to walk up the street to get to her office on a hot summer day. Shined some stupid light over my eyelids and didn’t say anything about why she was doing it? Didn’t even ask if I wanted a yearly skin check. Pulled out some corny infographic of moles and said “please come back if you see anything like this come up”....ummmm pretty sure miles don’t just appear to be cancerous over night. She had a scribe in the room and didn’t even ask if it was ok for her to be in the room. Had my last patient note in hand and goes “okkkkkk....sooo....you’re here for an acne follow up right?”

Awful doctor. Took one look at my skin and immediately diagnosed me with a disease without a biopsy. She continued to google pictures of it in front of me about how life threatening it was. I didn't sleep for weeks until I got my biopsy done and it turned out it was just an allergic reaction to something. Extremely unethical, rude, unprofessional and terrible bedside manner.
