I went along with my grandparents because they are hard of hearing and needed major assistance. Im not blaming this dr at all but her staff is terrible. Whenever they needed medication The staff said it's done electronically and it never gets sent to the pharmacy so this is overly frustrating to me. I've spent so many hours on the phone just trying to advocate for them and seen their anxiety/ worry when they run out of medicine. It's been at least 3 different pharmacies on many different occasions and they are all shocked at this staff and how their impossible to get a hold of. I always get the receptionist and she leaves urgent messages and their completely ignored. I'm giving up. I never complain about anything but this feels like discrimination from this drs office.Basically this staff never gets back to you, is unhelpful and won't refill prescriptions/medications. Dr seems good, kind but wouldn't recommend her staff of receptionists/support staff at all.
