I had spent years trying to find a doctor that "fit" and could help me with my depression and anxiety. I finally got the help I needed when I became a patient here. And then last year I was diagnosed with Stage IV lung cancer - with all the stress, anxiety, and everything that goes with it, I thought that my mental health was really going to suffer. I work with Tony Shumway, and I have to say he has been a tremendous help! He has worked with me through all of the issues arising from my chemo and immunology cycles, and believe me, there are many. Thank you Dr. Kimbo - I don't know where I would be today if it wasn't for Tony. He truly knows how to manage my medications, and he stays on top of the latest advances in medicine. Thanks to him, I have maintained a positive, healthy attitude through this journey.

I have been in therapy here for 2 years of my 15 on and off therapy, by routine visits and settling in on my good practitioners I do think that this office is very fair and has a great staff as long as you are not looking for a QUICK FIX. Focus on therapy, believe in yourself, and they will work with you to be the best that you can. <3

Stay away from this place, far away! If you, or a loved one, are looking for help, do NOT go to their emergency services location. Due to the uneducated & unprofessional staff, combined with the complete lack of compassion shown here, it almost cost my loved one their life. They need to be educated & trained on Ohio laws & the help available to those who who are unwilling to help themselves. B/c of their lack of education in this area, they tell you "there's nothing you can do if a patient doesn

I successfully attended two appointments at this office in a two month period. I was supposed to go every week but would often arrive at the scheduled time only to find that my appointment was on a different day or at a different time. The office is poorly managed. On a lighter note, my second appointment was spent discussing the therapist's hangover and how she wished they would legalize marijuana already.

I would definitely NOT recommend Dr. Kimbo. I've been on over 7 different medications for depression/anxiety not one of them worked, so she thought it would be ok to put me on a medication, then take me off a couple weeks later without winging me off which is very dangerous for the heart and body to do with anyone .. and she would continue to do this over and over again with all different medications. She put me on seroquel and zyprexa for insomnia and if you read the effects of it online it is

Kim, the blond at the front desk was so rude to my mother who was doing me a favor by taking my daughter to her appointment. She chased my mother into the hall and yelled at her in front of my daughter who was being seen for anxiety. It was supposed to be my daughters first appointment but because I wasn't there they refused to see her and rescheduled her appt. I left a message saying that I will not be using their services for my daughter because kim's aggressive behavior upset her so much.

constantly have to wait an hour or greater for my scheduled appointment. Also find odd charges billed to me-when I contacted office staff the office manager spoke to me as if I were unintelligent for not knowing what their billing categories were. You pay a full copay to see a doctor who barely acknowledges you and then gives you more medications. I will say my therapist there was very kind, but difficult to schedule with

As other reviewers have stated, office seems to care more about efficiency than a patients' well being. In my opinion, unethical clinician and rude, apathetic, incompetent staff. The office manager (Kim) was especially curt and condescending. I sincerely regret becoming a patient at this office. Deplorable conduct. Terrible experience. Ironic the receptionist told me, "you seem to be the problem. No one else has an issue with the office". That does not seem to be true based on the other reviews.

Please, do not seek treatment at this place. They could not care less about the actual well-being of the patient. They are pill pushers and money hungry - it is incredibly alarming.
