Dr. Florence Nolan, MD

My son had an intestinal infection. 11 week old baby, vomiting for 8 days. On my third trip to this office this “Doctor” checked his heart rate and told me he’d be fine. He started vomiting on the table. She did not care. This poor baby was so sick and the “Doctor” was rude, dismissive and negligent. We left and went to the ER in Rutland because GF hospital is terrible. He was diagnosed with an infection. Something 3 of the doctors in that office missed. They are lazy. The office Women did not care and were not phased when I cancelled all future appointments. Terrible terrible experience.

Dr. Nolan was extremely unprofessional and borderline unethical while giving my teenage daughter her physical for schooling. My daughter left her visit traumatized and not wanting to EVER return. I brought the incident up to the front desk upon check out and was told this is not the first time that they have heard this and the same thing she had said to my daughter had also been said to members of the staff and visiting medical students. Office manager was not much more help either.
