Dr. Florence Wandisan-Rosete, MD

I did have to wait past 1.5 hrs my scheduled appointment time to be seen by her. However, she requested all the labworks pertaining to my concerns without question. That said, the lab work showed an infection that needs treatment. I did not hear from her promptly and when I inquired, I was told I would be prescribed antibiotics. It’s been several days and no prescription has been sent to my pharmacy. This is in credibly negligent in my opinion. I will need to find another doctor who has the bandwidth to address important issues in a timely manner.

When I had missed some appts she would say things that are harsh such as "go to Urgent Care to refill ur Rx", I'm surprised you din't have a heart attack yet". She would always sell some stuff that she does on the side. She was very nice at first but when she didn't get what she wants from her patients she has changed her attitude completely, very condescending! On top of that the wait time in the exam room is 1-2hrs!!!! So ridiculous

I am 74 yrs old and have Parkinson's disease along with multiple other problems. Dr. Wandisan is always patient and understanding. She has seen me be whiney and cry many times. You may have to wait to see her, but if you need extra time she will spend it with you. She is a doctor who truly cares about her patients. She has been my primory for 10 years if not longer. I would rather change my insurance company before I would change doctors. Her office staff is delightful, friendly and helpfull

My issue is with their office billing. How is it that I get a bill that says I am 4 months overdue--when that is the absolute 1st bill or mailing I had received. I realize they are a busy office and will get to things when they do, and I will take care of them as received...but the first mailing telling me I am 4 months overdue and my payment is now doubled, which could quite possibly harm my credit score, is not a good practice.

I loved Dr. Wandisan when I first started seeing her several years ago. Then I went 3 years without being able to see her any time I was sick - you can NEVER get in to see her the same day. I was sick 9 times during my 2nd pregnancy & could not get in to see her even one of those times. What's the point of having a doctor if you can't see them? When I did see her, I always had to wait 1-1.5 hours past my appointment time. I have since left her & found a doctor I can actually see when I need to.
