Terrible Customer Service
I couldn't get into see Dr Albritton so I saw the PA - Paige Williams. It took over an hour to be seen past my appointment time and I was there to remove a tonsil stone. After several tries she tells me she removed it. I get home to look in the mirror and it is still there. I call the Doctor's office back and tell them it wasn't removed and I would like see Dr Albritton this time. I reschedule the appointment and go in and they tried to charge me the $45 copay again. I already paid for a service that I didn't get, so I feel I shouldn't have to pay again. For example...If your car was taken to the mechanic with an issue and it wasn't fixed and you went back, would you expect to be charged again??? OF COURSE NOT!! Any good business would try to make a wrong right! I drove to their office twice and spent $45 for a service I never received!! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR'S OFFICE AT ALL!!

BEST ENT IN DFW AREA!
As someone who has long dealt with chronic sinus issues, when we moved to the Dallas area six years ago it was very important to find a top-tier ENT to be a health advocate in this regard. I was referred to Dr. Ford Albritton by my primary doctor and I couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Albritton consistently exudes unparalleled professionalism and is a recognized leader in his field of expertise. Of all of the fine doctors in multiple specialties who are a part of my care team, I would have to say Dr. Ford Albritton is my favorite. He flat-out knows his craft inside and out and actually mentors and teaches other ENT's. Thus, I know I have the best of the best looking out for my health. Finally, I would be remissed to not give props to Melinda, his office manager. Melinda is nothing short of amazing. Her customer service skills are exquisite. She portrays an authentic concern for your health and is greatly appreciated by both the doctor and patients alike. She is the best!

I went to Dr. Albritton because I had been having severe, very long nose bleeds and chronic, painful sinusitis that was becoming debilitating to me. Two years later, I am still so thankful that I chose him as my doctor. I feel like I couldn't have chosen anyone better, and of all of my providers, I felt he made the most difference in the most efficient amount of time! I only needed one appointment. He performed a silver nitrate cautery procedure the same day. I am not used to procedures, but he was confident and comforting, and I had no issues with it. I have not had a SINGLE nosebleed since, even after two years. I was very happy with how thorough he was in taking care of me. He ordered testing and follow-up testing as needed and had planned to do a scan to investigate my sinus infections, but I stopped having them after my visit! I was able to ask him a question via online messaging and he answered it promptly. I feel like he solved all questions. GREAT doctor, thank you still!

Exc dr but office staff is not the best. I was given an appt time, conf, &written in my calendar. I went at that time & was told I was an hour late. They said they checked w/dr. to see if he could squeeze me in but no. I was billed $50 for missed appt. This is a "he said, she said" position. Maybe this is disclosed in orig. Paperwork? I go to many dr appts & have NO other such events. I think this is a cheap shot & have to wonder what's really going on. I have no recourse w/collection agcy

I went to Dr. Albritton because my left ear was completely closed. I had had a bad cold that lingered for several months. Clearly I procrastinated until the ear infection was severe. Dr. Albritton tried several non invasive options and we had a discussion about surgery. While I was not looking forward to surgery, I felt comfortable with the good doctor as he explained why he felt it was necessary. I recall how well I could hear in recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Albritton. Walter Black

I could tell right away that Dr Albritton is an excellent diagnostician, he was able to quickly ascertain my condition and recommend a conservative treatment. I like his style, which is fairly direct, but feel that he takes the time necessary to gather all the facts first.
