Dr. Fortunato Di Franco, MD

I had a in the office visit and it went well as usually. Dr. DiFranco Fortunato is very thorough. He and his colleagues make sure they don’t leave no stone unturned. They are on top of your blood work, mammograms and any other special test you may need. I’m very satisfied with my doctor.

My visits are usually with D. Ramos, ANP. I think she is great. She is friendly, understanding and answers all my questions. She takes her time with me and goes over my tests and gives me her opinions and advice. I have known her for a long time. Dr. DiFranco is my primary doctor. I schedule my appointments with Ramos, ANP. The staff is very attentive. The only thing I don’t like is the wait time. It is usually 1 hour after my appointment. However, Ramos ANP takes the time needed, no rush.

I've been seeing, Doctor Di Franco for a number of years. He always takes the time to listen to his patients and explain in layman terms about the treatments. Great doctor, I highly recommend him.

Dr DiFranco is a caring and thorough Dr who understands his patients history of health care needs and immediately responds to them at any time of the day or night. He is a “down to earth” physician who takes personal interest in his patients and gives you the time you need to explain how you are feeling and what we need to do to get better along with having a great team of specialist. I trust Dr DiFranco with my life and highly recommend his team to anyone who needs results. I absolutely love him and his team. Kudos to the frontline staff who are always patient and accommodating by phone or in person. Queens line medical facility is always clean and well maintained. The first step to healing is a healthy environment. As soon as you walk in you immediately feel the healing process begin and rest assured it will be. Thank you Queensline!

Dr. Difranco, and all the entire staff deserves 10 stars. This office has managed my heath care for 20 years and now manages 6+ members of my family. I trust Dr. Difranco, Danielle and staff completely and have already recommend several times to our friends. They will follow up with your referrals and communicate directly with the specialist for the patients follow up. The wait time at the office could be long because the doctors gives each patient plenty of their time. We are grateful to have the them in our lives and in our community. I’ve been a patient of Dr.DiFranco for way over 20yrs., as my primary care Physician, I am highly satisfied being in the care of Dr.DiFranco. -I’ve been through a lot medically over the years and he has always shown to be professional, dedicated, understanding. -The wait is sometimes a hour or so but hey it’s worth it because I know as a patient he does his best to assess, address my situations at hand. -His office is clean, kept. -His staff is helpful, try to accommodate your needs the best they can. -I don’t have a problem with the fact that he has students there because they need the experience of learning under the wing of a doctor who is committed and respected in his field. I personally trust being under Dr.DiFranco’s care.

I've gone to this Doctor for years, all of a sudden he doesn't have time to see anyone and has assistants and students taking his appointments, not to mention his staff is rude and unpleasant. It takes them forever to get simple things done and continue to pass the buck around....I've been waiting for a letter for my job for at least 5 months and still haven't received it, and my numerous calls to them to get this resolved have gotten me no where,I get transferred to a voicemail. Horrible people

I waited 1.5 hour after the appointed time! in a small waiting room there were about 12 people! previously appointed time was nothing and I had to wait in line! I had only to learn the result of the blood test and get recommendations! New patients came every 5 minutes and with babies too! It was terrible!I could not stand it and left taking the envelope with the test! I have not received even an apology from the staff! absolute contempt! I have never seen such a disgusting to see a doctor! it's
