Very professional friendly good understanding care about his patient , very friendly nice staff and the Dr take time to listen to his patient I feel that I finally found the Dr Franslot Moise that I was looking for .

Worst office ever. Dr is very dismissive of patient concerns. This is my Mom’s dr., and it’s like pulling teeth to get anything done. Her blood sugar has been high for months, and I had to ask for her insulin to be increased and I had to ask for her A1C reading. He would not have adjusted her insulin levels or even have taken her blood today if I didn’t bring it up. Today, after waiting for an hour for him to come into the room, he finally came in with his phone on speaker. He was on a conference call the entire time he was with my Mom. When I asked if he could turn his phone off, and pay attention to my Mom, he said NO. He said he was on a meeting call and would not stop the call. Rudest thing I have ever experienced.

The staff are very friendly. But, Dr. Moise is terrible. He had four student Doctors at the office the day I went in and they, especially one of them seemed more qualified than he is suppose to be. He did not seem to understand my concerns. The student had to explain to him. He took four days to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy. On top of that, all the doses were incorrect. Even my regular pharmacist questioned why they had changed. So now, some have to be cut in half and others I will have to double up on. These are blood pressure mess. I am very unhappy with the unprofessionalism and I will not be returning to his office. I would not recommend him to anyone. On a good note, If the student Doctor continues to practice as he did that day, He will make a very fine Doctor. I appreciated all the help he provided.

I received the worst service of any doctor I have ever been to. All this guy cares about is money. I came with a sheet for my armed security license that needs to be filled out by a doctor. This sheet it asks if I am physically fit to carry a firearm. It does not ask if my cholesterol is high, or if I take drugs. This guy ordered a drug screen for me, and is making me pay to hear the results and for him to fill the paper out as a whole other visit. They could call and tell me for free via phone.
