Dr Callipari delivered all 3 of my babies! Seamlessly guided the care team and myself through three very different labor and delivery plans ( c-section, induced v-back, natural v-back). His attention to detail, knowledge base, instinct and compassion is unparalleled. He is a one of a kind practitioner.

39 Week Induction Bully
I experienced severe birth trauma at the hands of Dr. Callipari, Dr. Owen, Dr. Carridi and others at Mount Sinai. I’ll put it to you this way, if you wish to go into labor naturally and to go full term, DO NOT see any doctor at this practice. They are induction and c-section bullies. They push for induction at 39 weeks and, if you refuse, they’ll come up with any reason to force you into it. “The uterus is a dangerous place” and “39 weeks is the perfect time to be induced” is what Dr. Rebecca Jessel said after scanning me at 36 weeks and telling my my baby was “too big”, my “placenta was maturing”, and laughed in my face when I told her I want to go into labor naturally. I was forced into an induction against my will at 39 weeks by Dr. Callipari and Dr. Owen and, after 26 hours, forced into a c-section by Dr. Carridi(not emergency). It’s just a business to them, they don’t care at all about your wishes, feelings or your experience. If you do not want to be induced or have a c-section (

I've been going to Dr. Callipari since 2012 and he has been exceptional every time. If I ever had a question that needed to be answered, sending him a message through MyChart means that I would get a response within a couple of days. He's been efficient, thorough, honest and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend.

I went to Dr Callipari for a second opinion after being misdiagnosed elsewhere and never left him until I moved out of state. He was so kind, knowledgeable and put me so at ease, I decided to only see doctors who work at Mt Sinai. They are top notch doctors who have saved my life. I miss them dearly!

Dr. Callipari is the greatest doctor I have ever met. I had to switch OBGYN's at 30 weeks due to an insurance conflict, and Mt. Sinai assigned me to him. What luck! He listened to all of my concerns with patience and gave me referrals to specialists every time I was worried about some possible issue I read online. I'm a bit overly cautious, but he never made me feel that way. He is a kind, professional, and very happy and pleasant guy.
