I was unfortunately assigned to this provider through teledoc. I was calling about a simple UTI issue. As soon as we began speaking she was grilling me about my psychiatric medication, why I was using it, why I switched to a different one, and if it was helping. All very personal questions that are dealt with between myself and my psychiatrist and have no bearing on anything to do with my UTI issues. I told her it was inappropriate and I have never been asked these questions before by a teledoc doctor and she got snappy with me. I then told her I had a simple UTI, as I have had a few before, and that I just needed some antibiotics. She then said I had had too many (2 in one year??) And recommended I go to urgent care because it could be a uterine infection??? I'm pretty sure I know how it feels to have a UTI, it's pretty clear! She refused to assist me so I had to hang up and report her to the platform for her disgusting behavior and lack of any care.

Absolutely disgusting provider
