Frustrated
My experience with the DR Fraser was very good. Here is the problem, the doctor was great but the office personnel is a different story. When going for my 2nd visit the office failed to update their authorization with the VA, nobody notified me, didn't find out until the day of my appt. Now almost 3 months later to reschedule the appt. The office lady really got a horrible attitude when I brought up about their mistake with the VA. She wanted to reschedule me even another month later from the date I was to have the appt.

Good Dr
Dr Fraser was wonderful, he was quick to understand the issue and took the time to help my husband and I understand as well. He was wonderful for two minor surgeries and even took the time to personally call me at home. He is quick minded and kind. Would go to again 100%

Waited over 2hrs to be told I need to wear tighty whiteys, as my current underwear choice (or lack there of) was the whole reason I was experiencing problems...not sure how that's relevant to my complaints but what do I know.
