Dismissed husbands blackout spells as part of Parkinson's, but it was a 3rd degree heart block and he almost died. Did not know the difference between 2 medications, ordered the wrong medication. Spoke to me and not my husband who is very capable of communicating and understanding. We switched to a different Dr. ASAP.

generally dismissive of issues, does not document issues he is dismissive of, delays on referrals to specialists. I know of 5 other patients that have changed from him to other doctors at VA for same reasons.
