I had a horrible experience with him. I had a longtime medical illness. When I went to see him, he was unwilling to give me tests and said my illness was psychological. Fortunately, I was acquainted with his superior, who forced him to test me. Of course, he misdiagnosed me. Later, when I was diagnosed correctly by someone else in a different medical group, my life improved immensely and I began taking the right medicine. I see Garcia-Torres as an unfit doctor and a horror of a human being.
