The care I received from Francisco Pons was exceptional. They listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. The entire team at the clinic displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.

worst customer service
I don't even know if the Dr is good. I got an appointment and I called back for a question, the office is terrible, you call and they pick up the phone and hang up on you. I called several times and could not talk to anybody. He has to pay more attention to the customer service, otherwise his practice will go down. I looked for another physician.

Very unprofessional DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR
From the very first phone visit he was always rushing me through conversation. But I didn’t encounter his true colors until the second phone appointment. He rushed me through my visit again and when I tried to ask a question he said “let me talk!!” Very rudely. I had a few questions that he wouldn’t let me ask since his time apparently was much more valuable than mine. Than I informed his assistant of his unprofessionalism she went on defending him instead of trying to understand what happened. Once we hung up the Dr. called back (because of course his assistant informed him I disliked his attitude) and he got on the phone very unprofessionally and said “You have a bad attitude and I’m dropping you” he said that to me lol… the person he wouldn’t let speak and treated him with respect as he went on disrespecting me and acting careless about my health and not taking in consideration my vegan lifestyle either when prescribing medications. This Dr. should not be in practice.

First assistant that spoke to me was rude. She seemed upset with something else, and gave curt, one-word responses tinged with spite to all patients in the waiting room. I was seen an hour after my appointment time. 2nd assistant inside office seemed as if I was the cause of all the malice and evil in the world, and specifically in her life. After 30 seconds with the doctor, he simply repeated my last labs and said to reschedule an appointment, seemingly due to a full waiting room of patients. I had to remind to the doctor about a potential reaction between the meds he recommended, after which he changed them. After finishing, I was writing down the details of my next appointment, when the first assistant asked, "Can I just collect your payment already? I'm busy."

1.) Waiting Time extremely to long. 2.) Receptionist and other personal are plastic, unpleasant, no emphaty. 3.) Last year I called for two months and they where to busy to give me an appointment, said will call back and never did. You have to visit the office for an appointment. 4.) Office waiting room is much too be desired. Very uncomtable place. You can inform the Doctor of my survey
