Dr. Francisco Salcido, MD

Dr. Salcido has no clue what's happening in his own clinic. Calls to get information or to follow up on visits go unreturned. The clinic staff is rude and dismissive of patient concerns. I will never use them again.

Get in, get out very fast. He takes his time with every patient.

Dr. Salcido and his PA and nursing staff are excellent. Always friendly, helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable. I’ve never even had a somewhat bad experience with any of them. On the other hand, the staff working reception and billing are absolutely and utterly AWFUL. Rude, hateful, and always unhelpful. Phone extensions are rarely, if ever, answered, voice mailboxes are always full, and the receptionists can’t be bothered to actually listen to what you are saying, much less try to help you in any meaningful way, and there’s no way to get through to anyone else in that office. It’s a shame such a great doctor can’t find better quality help, but it is not like the quality of the help isn’t mentioned in almost every other online review so, it’s all on him.

Terrible customer service, the front office staff are the biggest jerks I have ever meet, not just my opinion, read the other reviews. I was in great pain, called for an appointment, waited, phone not answered, message said walk ins welcome, I turn up at 3 pm, only 2 people/patients in Lobby, but the front office staff tell me, no more walk ins for today? I was in so much pain and this is the second time these jerks have done this to me, I have A-1 insurance also??? Guess I am the wrong color, this is the last time I will go there, never again, Nunca Mas! Ian M. Garland EX patient.

Dr. Salcido is very compassionate about helping people get well. He will check everything to get your the correct treatment. Goes above above and beyond. Highly recommend

Dr. Salcido, has been my doctor for about 5 years. He always takes the time to explain my health issues. He is proactivie and really cares. I like that he really listens to me. I would highly recommend him.

Clinic's staff and Doctor was friendly and professional. I liked how you can get your x-ray and blood tests done in the clinic and not have to go elsewhere.

Waste of time, Go somewhere else, Not helpful and double charge your insurance company.

I had a bad ingrown toenail, I was able to get seen without an appointment. The ladies in the front were very nice, I waited for about 10 minutes then I was put in the room. The nurses were very nice made me feel comfortable because I was a nervous. Dr came in explain what he was going to do. Made sure I was not in pain throughout the procedure, made conversation and even said some jokes!! Felt extremely comfortable with him and the staff.

Dr Francisco Salcido doesn't take his time to ask the patient what the problem is. He won't check the patient's vitals, weight or chief complain of why the person is there. He'll grab his stethoscope hears patient's heart then steps out. Nurse will bring you the bill,charges you for an illness not even close what the patient has and procedures not even done in office such as blood work and UA! AND knowing the patient has medicaid and medicare they would like to see you every two weeks! FOR WHAT?

I have used Dr. Salcido and his PA staff for quite a while now and I am very please with them helping me with my Type 2 diabetes. Yes there are times I never get a call back from them pertaining to my lab results but this is also a very busy office, I just make another call to his office and they are more than willing to get those results... super friendly staff.
