Terrible care.First staff refused to give me a simple urine test in January,after I begged and kept calling, finally they did a culture only to find out I had ECOLI UTI.I was very sick.They put me on meds,I was still sick,went back ,and Dr.Clifford came into the room,never made eye contact,did a urine test said I still had a SLIGHT INFECTION, REFUSED TO GIVE ME HELP,NO MEDS.Walked out.,,I went to another Dr. afew days later,I was lethargic, could not drive, headache, could not urinate.I still had ECOLI UTI. THE OFFICE MANAGER SENT ME A LETTER TERMINATING OUR RELATIONSHIP,but I had already left the practice,I knew something was wrong with this office.After 13 years,I left.Also. JARED VARNER PA. REFUSED TO TAKE MY URINE IN January, leaving me in VERY poor condition.I am 61,I Know my body.The office manager did not like it when I called them out for the truth.UPMC IS ALSO LOOKING INTO THE MATTER.THEY ALSO LET THE FRONT COUNTer HELP GIVE YOU A DIAGNOSIS AND YOU CAN NOT ASK QUESTIONS.

It seemed like a nice enough place, but they scheduled me out 2 months away when I was desperate to get referred from them to some specialists. When my alarm for the date and time was accidentally set for am instead of pm and I missed my appointment, they told me I was never allowed to reschedule with them because missing an appointment amounts to unforgivable sin. They are unhelpful, unapologetic, and stick to that policy even if you really need help.
