DOCTOR FRANK HSU DID A GREAT JOB ON MY NECK SURGERY BUT.... I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH DEBBIE KIM, SHE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME AND SHOULD NOT BE ON THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMERS. SHE WAS YELLING AT ME VERY BAD AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME. STAY AWAY FROM HER SHE IS VERY RUDE. I AM CALLING THE COMPLAIT DEPARMENT IN THE MORNING. I WANT THEM TO LISTEN TO HER CALLS AND HOW SHE WAS TALKING AND TREATING ME.

One of the best in his speciality
Dr. Frank Hsu very knowledgeable, cut into the points, one of the best in his specialty. His staffs are friendly and listening to patients side about symptoms during the visit as well.

The staff was very friendly and has been helpful throughout the process. The doctors are great. I would recommend them for sure. Also, I said "no" on the hand washing question because there was no doctor examination, just discussion so the hand washing was not needed. But I'm sure nursing staff washed their hands as needed during the visit.

I've been dealing with issues related to my upper spine and shoulder for several years now and unfortunately it took my current team of doctors to provide me with the proper treatment and best of care/ information rather than passing it along to other doctors for follow up appointments. I believe when you have consistency in your medical care team, they are able to easily identify irregularities from your previous visits. Thank you for your support.

On my MRI report for my brain, Dr. Chan put down that I had {PHI Removed}. I worried for 3 weeks until my appointment. I was told that he "checked the wrong box". I complained to Dr. Hsu because I was of course very upset!!! He told me he would talk to Dr. Chan. In 10 years I have never had a problem. I love UCI and Dr. Hsu.
