Rude, dangerously dismissive, and a complete liar. I went to Sandoval Regional after being rear-ended at a high rate of speed by someone who did not even attempt to stop or slow down. Frank was the attending physician and refused to examine me. I failed to ask if he would mark his refusal in my chart and later found he outright lied, claiming my lungs, ears, eyes, and intestines were clear & good despite the fact that I reported intestinal bleeding & difficulties taking a deep breath that morning and he hadn't even looked at or palpated any part of my body, much less listened to or looked with a scope of any sort. He asked for a picture of my vehicle, which is totaled, stating "Oh, that's just minor bumper damage," then he asked me to get up and walk. After just 3 steps he told me "You're fine, you can go home, there's no reason to even expose you to radiation so I won't be ordering x-rays." Perhaps he's attentive only when a case is traumatic enough he can later write books about it.
