this was not a pleasant experience. After the procedure the doctor came in and said you need surgery with no explanation and seemed indifferent to any questions. I only got more information when I pressed the issue. when I got home I was in quite a bit of discomfort and called the office. If it continued go to the emergency room was their suggestion. I got a response on my chart that I had spasm during the procedure and was given something that could cause my symptoms. if they had taken the time to tell me it would have saved some concern.Do not expect any follow up that is meaningful. Will not be returning to this office.

Horrible experience and I will not go to this doctor again. The wait took 40 minutes. He walked in appearing in a bad mood and came off as impatient to any questions I had. I initially went to primary care because I was experiencing itching all over my body and my skin was on fire. Turns out my bilirubin was elevated. I was referred to him bc he's in the same facility as my primary care and I spent over a week in misery waiting for my appt to see him. All he said is to stop taking the supplements I was taking ( which I informed him I had already stopped for 3 week but itching persisted.) He prescribed NOTHING to help lower my bilirubin and in turn eliminate the burning skin symptoms I was experiencing but rather ordered a useless genetics blood test that he in fact stated will probably come back negative. This will not help my issue at hand. The very next day I sent the staff a message off mychart explaining I NEED a prescription to treat my high bilirubin which went unread! Horrible!

Be very careful with this doctor. He orders procedures that you dont really need and the billing department are outright criminals. Dont believe your quotes ppl, they dont hold themselves to them and will happily charge you way more. His nurse is terrible and never follows up on anything like she says she will.
