I got along well with him as a patient. He turned my over to a collection agency for not paying his bill, however, I NEVER received a bill from him. The very first bill I saw was from the collection agency, damaging my credit rating. When I attempted to contact his office, all I got was a generic billing office. There was no phone number listed in Google which led to an actual office. Whoever failed to properly bill me, the responsibility belongs to Dr. Rabe. I do not appreciated what he did.
