My son broke his leg on a trampoline. Dr Russo-Alesi was called in to put rods in his leg. As an anxious mother, I was VERY pleased with how he took the time not only to explain what was going to take place with my child but to calm my fears as well. Also, after surgery everything was explained and the dr came to check up with my baby more than expected. Highly satisfied and recommended.

I was referred to this MD after an ankle fracture by my primary MD. After waiting over an hour in the waiting room and getting to the back waiting another 30 min, he came in. Spent 10 minutes and left. I had questions, but felt sure he would be back, he did not come back in. So I left still with questions. He appeared rushed and like I was an interruption. Not sure how the follow will go, hopefully better

I went to see Dr Russo-Alesi regarding pain in my toes and bottom of foot. When he came in the room, he had already determined what the problem was and explained what it was and meant in terms that I could understand. On my last visit, I knew I would probably get an injection in the nerve area of my 3/4 toe area and I was extremely nervous. But he talked to me and that took my mind off of it. It wasn't as bad as I thought. I does do really good injections. Now on to another issue with my ankle.

Dr. Russo-Alesi would be my first choice if I ever require orthopedic surgery in the future. He is up to date on all of the current therapies and treatments. He always attempts to exhaust non-surgical methods first with surgery as a last resort. You aren't going to be coddled but you will get an experienced, highly trained, respected and proficient surgeon. I shattered my akle. It looked like puzzle pieces on the x-ray. Dr. Russo-Alesi stabilized all of it. He has my complete confidence.
