On the Scripps website, watching the video on Dr. Galef he appeared to tick all the right boxes for me in terms of a good primary care doctor. My first appointment today was most disappointing, Dr. Galef does not listen and did not seem to refer to the paperwork I had filled in. During the appointment he did not use any eye contact, kept trying to get me to have vaccinations which had nothing to do with my current health issues. He appeared worn out, bored, and not engaging. It was as if he robotically followed a list of things he should do instead of his intuition. He did not make me feel that he is a man I can trust with my health or advocate for me.

I looked for a thorough, professional Internal Medicine doctor, and I sure found him in Dr Galef. His staff did the best check of my med history I experienced, and he took time to listen, acknowledge my immediate needs and was conscious of the fact that I don't have insurance. His physical was in depth, and the treatment for my issues worked. He even addressed an orthopedic issue and gave me a conservative approach with a roadmap on what next steps would look like if that wouldn't work. I can recommend him to anybody who likes to be listened to, and have excellent medical care.

Dr. Galef has been my primary care physician for over a decade and I hope to continue that relationship for the rest of my life. I might mention that Jennifer, his nurse, is also an outstanding care provider and has been with Dr. Galef for longer than I have been seeing him. They are a wonderful team!

Horrible doctor.. Horrible staff. Its a mill of geriatric patients. Its pathetic. Its the epitomy of poor, short sided western medicine. Dont waste your time or money.

I don't understand why Dr. Gaelef is not a 5 star Dr. on this site. Oh wait, I think I do know. It is ratings by those individuals who for whatever reasons, more than likely were told what they did not want to hear, but rather what needed to be said. To add to that, they do not even have the courage to identify themselves. Take what they say with a grain of salt. You would get better information from a spineless jellyfish. Dr. Galef is known for his competence throughout the medical community.

Very pleasant. Dr. Galef and Jen listened to me and helped me with the things that I needed. Understood that I am in good health and wanted to be minimalist about interventions.

Dr Galef was kind and listens to my health concerns he's very through in caring for what I needed to have done for better health I was so very happy to have him for my Dr and his nurse Jennifer is wonderful
